New Membership-Basic Sailing Course Package
(New price effective 1 June 2010)
     New Membership - Basic Sailing Course (B-KBS) Package		 $350.00 1) Join the PSC and sign up for the Basic Sailing Course at the same time and receive a discount on your first years dues.
2) Discounted dues of $50.00 applies to both single and family new PSC memberships and includes one year USNSA membership.
3) New memberships only.
Membership
      New Membership - SINGLE
 $80.00 1) $26.00 of this fee goes toward the first year of USNSA membership.
2) E-6 and below pay 50%.
     New Membership - FAMILY
 $100.00 1) $26.00 of this fee goes toward the first year of USNSA membership.
2) E-6 and below pay 50%.
     Membership Renewal - SINGLE
 $60.00 One Year Renewal. E-6 and below pay 50%. Does NOT include USNSA Renewal.
     Membership Renewal - FAMILY
 $80.00 One Year Renewal. E-6 and below pay 50%. Does NOT include USNSA Renewal.
     Membership Renewal - SINGLE
 $110.00 Two Year Renewal. E-6 and below pay 50%. Does NOT include USNSA Renewal.
     Membership Renewal - FAMILY
 $150.00 Two Year Renewal. E-6 and below pay 50%. Does NOT include USNSA Renewal.
     Out of Area Membership Renewal $25.00 Associate Membership. Does NOT include USNSA Renewal. No multi-year renewal discounts.
Training
(New price effective 1 June 2010)
    Basic Sailing Course (B-KBS Cert)		 $300.00 Price includes two mid-week evening classroom sessions and four weekend days of on-the-water training.
     Challenge of Basic Sailing Course (B-KBS Cert) $50.00 Involves passing an on-the-water evaluation and successful completion of the B-KBS written exam
     Winter Training Program (WTP) $25.00 or 1 (one) FVSM coupon For all classes except Navigation I & II, and First Aid & CPR
     WTP - Nav I & II (one fee covers both parts-2 Saturdays) $75 (or $50 plus 1[one] FVSM coupon. Fee covers both sessions and you must sign up for both sessions.
     PSC Bay Skipper Written Exams:   Required for those in the PSC Cruising Skipper Training Program.
          General Knowledge Exam $15.00  
          Navigation Exam $20.00  
          Rules of the Road Exam $15.00  
     WTP - First Aid & CPR   Fee for class/certification established by Red Cross and announced separately
     PSC Cruising Skipper Check sheet and Logbook $10.00 Required for those in the PSC Cruising Skipper Training Program.
Sailing

    PSC River Boat Use (per 4-hr period)

1 (one) FVSM coupon

One FVSM coupon (or $25) may be exchanged for up to 4 hours of boat use during:
Morning period: 0800-1200, or
Afternoon period: 1300-1700
Use during evening period (1600 on) is only by permission of the River Commodore. (See Boat Use Policy.)

     Bay Boat Charter Day Sails (other than Raft-ups) (per day)*

 $135.00 Rate does NOT apply to Raft-Ups.
 One FVSM coupon may be used per day (i.e., 2 coupons may be used for a 2-day non-Raft-up Bay sail).

     Bay Boat Charter 2-Day Overnight Sails (other than Raft-ups)
     (per day)*

 $150.00

Rate does NOT apply to Raft-Ups.
 One FVSM coupon may be used per day (i.e., 2 coupons may be used for a 2-day non-Raft-up Bay sail).

     Bay Boat Charter (3-Day Raft-ups)* $375.00 Two boats available each Raft-up.
     1) Rate applies to Raft-ups regardless of when you sign up.
      2) Skippers and the Raft-up Coordinator go for half price.
     3) One FVSM coupon may be used per day (i.e., 3 coupons may be used for a 3-day Raft-Up).
     4) First time Raft-up discount of $50.00 applies to members who sign up for their first PSC  Raft-up.
     *Bay Boat Charter (Training Sails and 3-Day Raft-ups)  

Lock in your sail with a low down payment!!  No need to pay everything up front.

Down Payments (see above for actual Bay sail rates) required:

  • $50 per day for training sails (no FVSM for down payment)
  • $100 for a 3-day raft-up sail  (no FVSM for down payment)
  • $100 for a 2 day with overnight.
  • $200 for a 4 day sail (such as Bootcamp)
  • Non-refundable
  • Balance due (postmarked) NLT 30 days prior to sail (FVSM may be used for paying balance IAW above limits)
