Winter Training: Rules of the Road

The Pentagon Sailing Club is excited to announce that we will be offering a comprehensive course on the Nautical Rules of the Road. This essential course is scheduled will be held on Saturday, February 14th, and will be followed by an in-depth review session accompanied by a test (TBD).

Whether you are just starting out on your sailing adventure, looking to brush up on your skills before the sailing season, or an experienced sailor aiming to pass advanced sailing qualification tests, this course is tailored to suit your needs. This is an incredible opportunity to enhance your nautical knowledge and ensure safe and enjoyable sailing experiences. Join us and take the helm towards becoming a savvy sailor!

Course Materials: Attendees should order their own copy of "The One-Minute Guide to the Nautical Rules of the Road, 2nd Edition."  Navigation Rules and Regulations Handbook (electronic version – PDF) will also be provided prior to class start date.
