Bay sailing changes for this year

Based upon comments on last year's Bay sailing program, we have introduced the following changes to our program.

    1. We are splitting our charters between ABC Yacht Charters and Cruise Annapolis. Cruise Annapolis allows  Saturday and Sunday Sails rather than requiring three-day weekend sails. This will save money because we should be able to fill the boats.

    2. We are offering the Bay skippers to design two-day destination sails. When the schedule is sent to the skippers they can choose a date for a destination cruise.  That destination will be advertised and when we have enough signups, the Bay Sail schedule will confirm the destination. If we do not get enough people for the sail, we will revert to single day sails.

    3. By collaborating with the Training Commodore, we will have additional training sails this year.  We plan to have two catamaran certification sails, two CQM Sailing Weekends, and at least one ASA 104 cruise.
