I am selling my membership to a boat share club with three boats (Beneteau 32', Catalina 32' and Catalina 30'), all  in the bay.  The club's membership is limited to 20 members, and this ratio works well for availability; sailing reservations are made online.  

Unlimited sailing reservations for the sailing season.  Club has two boats docked in Annapolis, and one at Harrington Harbor South. This is not a club for training, but one that provides members with access to these boats. Initial cost is $6k which is equity ownership of the club's assets; this amount is returned upon departure from the club. Annual dues are $2600 which go to maintenance expenses.  

I am offering to sell my share for $5k and will include payment for 2019 year's annual fee.
