Basic Keelboat River Sailing Certification Course It is possible to earn both ASA 101 and 103 by taking this course but the certifications are not awarded automatically. Those without previous sailing exposure or do not study the course materials may require additional training to successfully compete ASA 103. We are committed to working with our members to achieve qualifications. Cost includes first year American Sailing Association (ASA) membership.

Sunday, 4 June 2017 Sunday, 11 June 2017 Saturday/Sunday, 24-25 June 2017 Pentagon Sailing Club offers this course at a discounted rate for active duty enlisted members of the Armed Forces at pay grades E-5 and lower. We will review credentials of those who use this registration type. PSC Members may use up to 2 FVSMs for this class. FVSMs are worth $50.00 each for this class. Please check the FVSM spreadsheet to make sure you have FVSM(s) available before choosing either of these pricing options.
